The university serves as a community resource for continuing education courses, cultural programming, collegiate athletics, educational lectures and community discussion forums. It also hosts numerous community events every year. The strategic plan will lead the university into the future as it makes decisions about programs and allocation of resources.

UW-Fond du Lac is part of the University of Wisconsin Colleges, the UW System’s network of 13 freshman/sophomore campuses.
