Distinguished Alumni Award at University of Wisconsin

The Distinguished Alumni Award is established to honor and recognize UW-Fond du Lac alumni who have attained notable achievement in their career field, demonstrated philanthropic or public service activity in support of the community or provided inspiration to others. Meet previous recipients of the Distinguished Alumni Award.

This award will be presented at the UW-Fond du Lac Foundation's annual donor and scholarship recognition reception held on October 3, 2012. The recipient must be able to attend this event and accept the award.

The recipient will also be honored with a personalized brick in the Foundation Celebration Walk and have their name engraved on a perpetual plaque displayed in the University Center Commons.

Current UW-Fond du Lac Foundation Board members and UW-Fond du Lac faculty and staff are not eligible to receive the award. Nominees must have attended UW-Fond du Lac at anytime since the campus opened in 1968 for at least two semesters.

Based on the above criteria, I would like to nominate the following person for the 2012 UW-Fond du Lac Distinguished Alumni Award.
