About the Race
The Falcon 5 is a 5K (3.1 mile) Run/Walk. There will
also be a 1/3 mile Falcon Fun Run for the little
falcons (12 and under). The course begins and
concludes on Campus Drive by the UW-Fond du Lac
Physical Education Building. The path will take you
around the 183 serene acres of UW-Fond du Lac to
enjoy the sights of spring, as well as through a
residential area near the campus. The course is
accurately measured and well marked. The roads are
flat and primarily asphalt.
Proceeds benefit UW-Fond du Lac
You will be supporting higher education and athletics at
UW-Fond du Lac. The UW-Fond du Lac Foundation
invests in excellence in Fond du Lac and
the surrounding communities.
The UW-Fond du Lac Foundation provides scholarships
to students, professional development for faculty and
participates in community initiatives to make
Fond du Lac a better place to live, work and learn.

Chip Timing
Timing is available for all participants in the 5K
RUN through Tortoise and Hare Race
Management, LLC using the ITS Jaguar Chip bib
timing system to ensure fast and accurate race
results.
Awards
A falcon is known for its powerful wings and swift flight.
Awards will be given to the top finishers male and female in
various age groups. Dress like a falcon for an entry to win
additional prizes! Awards will be presented at 10:00 am in
the Gymnasium.
All participants have the opportunity to seek pledges for prizes!
