Dear friends,

Supporting the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac Foundation is an investment in education; the key to the future success of our region.

Since 1974, the Foundation has supported the mission of the campus by providing scholarships for students, supporting programs designed to involve the community in the life of the campus and improving the resources available to students, faculty and staff.

Today, on behalf of our Foundation, I am asking for your donation to our annual fund campaign which will further these objectives and be an investment in the future of UW-Fond du Lac.

Why should you support the Foundation?

• You know our students. Many alumni live and work in the greater Fond du Lac area and make a difference. They are leaders. They are entrepreneurs. They are your friends and neighbors.

• Your investment in UW-Fond du Lac Foundation goes a long way here. Our affordable tuition is still a stretch for some families and scholarship support from donors makes a big impact.

• You’ll know your money is well spent. Our students succeed! UW-Fond du Lac students who transfer within the UW System stay in school and graduate at higher rates than students who transfer from technical schools or private colleges.

I hope you will believe in our students and their future success with your financial contribution.

Last year, the Foundation awarded more than $30,000 in scholarships to our students. Our goal for the upcoming year is to increase the amount of scholarships awarded to students and increase the amount available for areas of greatest need on campus.
