Our athletic programs emphasize quality over quantity where all children have an equal opportunity to learn and develop. This is done in a safe, social and fun environment to help children reach their potential.
Our coaching staff is committed to incorporating sportsmanship, teamwork, and good health into the teaching of the individual sports skills. Limited enrollment in all programs and a low instructor to student ratio provides a safe environment and results in learning excellence.

Our current offerings include:
Parent, Infants & Toddlers in Motion (Ages 1-3)
Parents come and join the fun during this class. You will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with your child in a safe environment exploring balance, coordination, rhythm and more. You and your child will experience music and movement activities and learn how to jump, climb and land safely as your child explores the world around them.
Run, Jump and Tumble, Ages 3-4
Bring your friends and get ready to run, jump and tumble! This beginner gymnastics program is sure to excite your preschool aged child. With music, exploratory movement and basic gymnastics, this class will offer the opportunity for your child to increase his/her attention span, balance and coordination while meeting new friends and having fun!
Tiny Tumblers, Ages 5-6
Let’s get ready to tumble! Does your child like to climb, flip, roll and run? Then this exciting class of basic gymnastics is for you. This program uses gymnastics to teach balance, coordination and flexibility while meeting new friends and having fun! Children will have the opportunity to explore gymnastics equipment and physical activity in creative ways that keep them motivated and excited for more!
Youth Gymnastics, Ages 7-12
Gymnastics is taken a step further in this program. Participants will explore gymnastics equipment while learning intermediate skills and tricks, in addition to gaining strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. Gymnastics is a fantastic way to gain self-esteem and meet new friends and this class gets kids moving, while challenging them to learn the amazing physical capabilities of their bodies! Join us for the fun!
The "Tough Girls" camp is camp unlike any you'll ever find! Fundamentals is a big part of what we will work on, but unlike many other camps, we like to work on other aspects of your basketball player's game. This camp is designed to stress conditioning drills, transition and layup drills, and the speed of the game! Players will work on ball handling drills, competitive individual and team drills, along with scrimmages each practice. This is a perfect camp for gilrs who wish to up their game.
Coach Ransom will push the girls to become stronger, more confident basketball players. Expect an exciting yet tough and physically demanding practice from start to finish...TOUGH GIRL TOUGH!
UW-FDL Girls Basketball Camp
This camp is designed to prepare the girls to play at the next level. We'll focus on all aspects of the game: ball control, transition, shooting, passing, game play, conditioning and much more! Coach Ransom will have the girls working hard at each practice while emphasizing the real reason we play this game-the LOVE and EXCITEMENT of basketball! Expect competitive, energetic and fresh practices!
(Grades Pre-K/K AND 1st - 4th)
The PK/K program is a fun-filled, pressure-free introduction to sports for your budding soccer player. Instruction centers on fun activities that encourage children to explore their physical abilities, while learning ball-handling skills. Must be four years of age by camp start date.
Sessions for Grades 1 – 4 continue to offer players a fun-filled environment while focusing on individual skills, as well as teamwork. Players work to hone their soccer skills through the participation in small-group activities and game-like drills.
