Want to get fit? Join this safe, effective, evidence-based strength training program designed by Dr. Miriam Nelson of Tufts University. It helps middle-aged and older women build muscle, strengthen bones, prevent frailty, improve balance and increase overall physical and mental health. Booster Pack option included for returning students that are ready.
Bring: comfortable clothes, gym or tennis shoes, floor mat or towel, water bottle, ankle weights (adjustable up to 10 pounds each, 20 pounds total), hand weights (a pair each weight level) 3 pounds and 5 pounds. Space is limited.

So, whether you are a talented artist or just hoping to discover your creative side, you will be amazed with your very own work of ART! Make something ordinary extraordinary! With just a few houseplants, a miniature patio set, a pebble stone path and a little imagination, you can have your very own Fairy Garden! Choose from common miniature plants including foliage and succulent varieties combined with a selection of fairy garden accessories and materials to create your Fairy Garden. These indoor gardens are perfect for anyone, young and old, looking for a touch of magic to add to their home. This is a hands-on 2 hour class, ideal for parents/children or grandparents/grandchildren. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Class fee includes: Instruction, container, soil, plants, Fairy Garden accessories, a variety of surface accessories (gravels, mulches, stepping stones), and after care instructions.
