ACT Strategies Prep
4 Saturday mornings, 8:00 a.m. Noon

Instructors: UW-Fond du Lac faculty
Prepare for the ACT just in time for the ACT testing dates! Areas to be covered during the four session course include: test-taking strategies, English, writing, reading, math, and science. You will also have an opportunity to take two practice exams and receive the results in time to brush up before the exam dates. All areas covered will include both content and test taking strategies. You will be taught by UW Colleges faculty and will receive a 532 page study guide.
The ACT course schedule includes:
• 1st Saturday ACT pre-test
• 2nd Saturday review test results, study and test taking skills, English/reading & writing
• 3rd Saturday math & science
• 4th Saturday ACT post-test, questions and wrap-up.
Fee: $149 includes all instruction, two practice exams, and study guide.

Elementastic Summer Science Camp

Join the FUN and see how exciting science can be during this one week program! Be curious and experience the Ah’s and Oh’s of science in demonstrations and hands-on experiments!
Every day you will discover a different part of the world of science with a broad range of hands-on and safe experiments.
- Learn about the exciting world of polymers and plastics. Make your own slime and bouncy balls!
- Build your own spy equipment and cool tools to explore light while you find answers to:
Why is the sky blue?
Why can you see a pig that isn’t really there?
How come I can mix colors to create black one time and white the next?
- Work as a forensic scientist and solve “crimes”. Identify unknown substances, analyze mysterious ink and learn to match fingerprints to suspects!
Families and friends are invited to attend the “Special Finale” on Friday, June 28. See your child demonstrate and explain exciting experiments during this show displaying what they learned during camp!
Elementary grade levels: Monday Friday, 10:00 a.m. Noon
Fee: $115 includes all supplies and instruction
Middle school grade levels: Monday Friday, 1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m.
Fee: $139 includes all supplies and instruction
