UW-Fond du Lac has been led by four campus Deans in its 40 year history. They each spent time sharing their recollections of the campus with us in honor of this special anniversary year.

A special commemorative video was created
honoring the 40th anniversary year by Frances
Perkins, UW-Fond du Lac communication/theatre
arts professor. The video was previewed at the
UW-Fond du Lac Foundation’s anniversary dinner
celebration on April 22.
The video includes reflections by several
members of the extended campus community -
staff, faculty, alumni - along with photos from
the campus archives. Interviewed in the video
are Jack Heil, Bob Carew, Ken Thomas, Judy
Goldsmith, Marilyn Krump, Tom Clausen, Allen
Loehndorf, Carla Wifler, Ray Wifler, Scott
Wittchow, Pat Eby and Roger Rigterink.

The initial cost of the campus was $5,201,385.89. Half of that was used to secure a general contractor, related contractor expenses, and architects’ fees.
