Using this form will help the Alumni Association keep your records up to date. This information will be available only for internal use and will not be sold to any companies. We will share with other alums, if you give us permission on this form. This information will not be posted on our website.

If you wish to locate a "lost" alumni friend, you can contact the Foundation/Alumni Office. The staff will be glad to share whatever contact information that person may have given us as long as they have also given us permission to share it.
