UW-Fond du Lac is currently seeking applicants for these limited-term, part-time Continuing Education Office positions:
Program Assistant: Limited-term, part-time, daytime office/clerical position available at UW-FDL. Qualified candidate must have past office experience, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have experience with records management in a database. This position provides clerical support for Continuing Education on a year-round basis; although, due to the nature of the programming, the individual’s hours may vary from program to program. The person will work approximately 15 hours per week during the academic school year, and additional hours may be worked during July and October. Conversely, the hours of employment may be reduced during December and K-12 school breaks. Must be able to start by December 9. Application deadline is December 2. Youth Programs Coordinator: Limited-term, part-time, daytime office position available at UW-FDL. Qualified candidate must have past office experience, be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have project management experience. This position serves as the youth programming lead and provides administrative support to the Director of Continuing Education. The person will work some hours throughout the year in preparation for College for Kids, LEAPS, and the GEMS Conference. The majority of hours would be worked prior to and during these events, which would be approximately 30 hours per week during June, July, mid- to late September, and October.
